The 142 Universal Pliers are adjustable pliers designed for securely gripping and holding nuts, pipes and other workpieces. They feature a push-through joint with clamping protection and a large push-button for quick, fine, one-hand adjustment. The slim pliers head and long jaws provide access to confined areas, while the offset gripping surfaces provide a self-clamping action on nuts and tubes. The pliers are manufactured from GEDORE special chrome-vanadium steel, with induction-hardened serrated gripping faces for durable performance. They conform to DIN ISO 8976 Form C and have 15 adjustment positions.
